Having previously worked at GVA (now Avison Young), PWC and Busy Bees, Karen has the perfect mix of property transactional and education experience to be able to help companies find their next premises or developers and investors find occupiers for their properties.
RICHARD SMITH BA (Hons)
Richard is an asset manager with 20 years experience. He uses his research skills to find the right property for the right tenant and takes a lead on all things investment after a career in the city.
